A music video redesign for the song "Is It Me?" by The Kooks (2011).

Process
I collected visual inspiration and composed a mood board full of high-contrast paper-cut graphics. I wanted the strong red, black, and white color scheme to carry a cohesive stylistic look throughout the video. The typography is intentionally jaded and jagged, furthering the collage, handmade look.
I then sketched out storyboards to plan the scenes and transitions.
I first put together a rough cut, roughly stitching together clips to form an unfinished, but thought-out result. The final cut is the finished and clean end result. See embedded video above, or view here.
